She is certified by the American Speech/Language Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She also holds an Audiology license from the state of Missouri, and attends regular continuing education conferences. In addition, she serves on the American Academy of Audiology Accessibility committee, and volunteers as a professional advisor for the St. Louis Chapter of the Hearing Loss Association of America. In her spare time Kristen enjoys reading and doing art projects with her son, Landon.
Prior to founding Arch Audiology, LLC, Dr. Kramer spent 12 years working for a large ENT practice. While working in an ENT setting was a great learning experience, Dr. Kramer found herself overwhelmed with a large caseload. She felt she wasn't able to provide the quality of care to her patients that they deserved. This was the inspiration for the creation of Arch Audiology. Dr. Kramer has decided to use her more than 15 years of experience to serve the community directly in her own practice; our patients reap the benefits of this decision and her experience every day.
